Our Community Partnership Approach

Partnership rooted in place

DLNR–Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR) works alongside communities, fishers, kūpuna, and partners to protect nearshore ecosystems. Together, we listen, learn, and take actions that reflect local knowledge and the best available science.
