Requirement
- Anyone possessing more than four kala (Naso unicornis, Naso brevirostris, Naso annulatus) for commercial purposes.
- Must possess a valid Commercial Marine Dealer License.
- Kala season runs August 1st to July 31st and is monitored by an Annual Catch Limit.
